Minutes of Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency City Hall Room 110 March 7, 2016 Present: Chair Mayor Gary McCarthy Members: Leesa Perazzo, John Ferarri, Edward Kosiur, John Mootooveran, John Polimeni, Marion Porterfield, Vincent Riggi Staff: Jacklyn Mancini  Chair McCarthy called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.  Acceptance of minutes of February 16, 2016 – A motion to accept made by Mr. Polimeni was seconded by Mr. Riggi and passed unanimously.  Resolution 2016-04 –A motion to transfer 14 Barrett Street properties to the City for redevelopment was made by Mr. Polimeni, seconded by Mr. Mootooveran and passed unanimously.  Resolution 2016-05 –A motion to transfer foreclosed properties from the city of Schenectady to SURA was made by Mr. Polimeni, seconded by Mr. Mootooveran and passed unanimously.  There being no other business to come before the board, Ms. Perazzo made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Polimeni seconded the motion and the meeting adjourned at 5:31.
