Minutes of Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency City Hall Room 110 February 16, 2016 Present: Chair Mayor Gary McCarthy Members: Leesa Perazzo, John Ferarri, John Mootooveran, John Polimeni, Marion Porterfield, Vincent Riggi Absent Edward Kosiur Staff: Jacklyn Mancini  Chair McCarthy called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.  Acceptance of minutes of February 1, 2016 – A motion to accept made by Mr. Riggi was seconded by Mr. Mootooveran and passed unanimously.  Resolution 2016-03 –A motion to sell six properties (216 Duane, 526 Summit, 548 Summit, 551 Summit, 552 Summit, 807 Emmett) to the City for $1 each for the demolition using HUD funds was made by Mr. Riggi, seconded by Mr. Mootooveran and passed unanimously.  There being no other business to come before the board, Mr. Riggi made a motion to adjourn. Ms. Perazzo seconded the motion and the meeting adjourned at 5:30.
