Minutes of Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency City Hall Room 110 February 1, 2016 Present: Chair Mayor Gary McCarthy Members: Leesa Perazzo, John Ferarri, Edward Kosiur, John Mootooveran, John Polimeni, Marion Porterfield, Vincent Riggi Absent None Staff: Steven Strichman  Chair McCarthy called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.  Acceptance of minutes of January 19, 2016 – A motion to accept made by Mr. Kosiur was seconded by Mr. Ferarri and passed unanimously.  Resolution 2016-02 –A motion to sell three properties (1306 5th Ave, 704 Craig St, 841 Grant Avenue) to the City for $1 each for the demolition using HUD funds was made by Mr. Mootoveran, seconded by Mr. Ferarri and passed unanimously.  There being no other business to come before the board, Ms. Perazzo made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Kosiur seconded the motion and the meeting adjourned at 5:31.
