Minutes of Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency City Hall Room 110 January 19, 2016 Present: Vice Chair Leesa Perazzo Members: John Ferarri, Edward Kosiur, John Mootooveran, John Polimeni, Marion Porterfield, Vincent Riggi Absent Mayor Gary R. McCarthy Staff: Chuck Thorne  Vice Chair Perazzo called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.  Acceptance of minutes of November 16, 2015 – A motion to accept made by Mr. Riggi was seconded by Mr. Mootooveran and passed unanimously.  Calendar of meetings – Ms. Perazzo made mention of the fact that the calendar of meetings for SURA was distributed with the Board Package.  Resolution 2016-01 –A resolution to transfer 2418 Campbell Avenue to the City of Schenectady. A motion was made by Mr. Mootoveran, seconded by Mr. Polimeni and passed unanimously.  There being no other business to come before the board, Ms. Porterfield made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Mootooveran seconded the motion and the meeting adjourned at 5:31.
