Minutes of Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency City Hall Room 110 November 16, 2015 Present: Chair Mayor Gary R. McCarthy Members: Vice Chair Peggy King, John Ferarri, Edward Kosiur, John Mootooveran, Leesa Perazzo, Marion Porterfield, Vincent Riggi Absent Staff: Steven Strichman  Chair McCarthy called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.  Acceptance of minutes of October 5, 2015 – A motion to accept made by Mr. Kosiur was seconded by Mr. Ferarri and passed unanimously.  Resolution 2015-14 –A resolution to sell 1427 Broadway and 806 Sprague Street to the City of Schenectady for $1 each, to be demolished using HUD funding. A motion was made by Mr. Kosiur, seconded by Ms. Perazzo and passed unanimously.  There being no other business to come before the board, Ms. Perazzo made a motion to adjourn. Ms. King seconded the motion which passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 5:32.
