Minutes of Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency City Hall Room 110 September 8, 2015 DRAFT Present: Chair Mayor Gary R. McCarthy Members: Vice Chair Peggy King, Edward Kosiur, John Mootooveran, Leesa Perazzo, Marion Porterfield, Vincent Riggi Absent John Ferarri Staff: Steven Strichman  Chair McCarthy called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.  Acceptance of minutes of August 3, 2015 – A motion to accept made by Mr. Kosiur was seconded by Ms. King and passed unanimously.  Resolution 2015-08 – Accept three Barrett Street properties from City for development assemblage. A motion to approve the resolution to accept the properties was made by Mr. Kosiur, seconded by Mr. Mootooveran and passed unanimously.  Resolution 2015-09 – Mr. McCarthy asked the Board if there were any questions for Mr. Strichman regarding the 2014 Measurement Report. There were none. A motion to approve the resolution adopting the Measurement Report was made by Mr. Mootooveran, seconded by Ms. King and passed unanimously.  Resolution 2015-10 – Mr. McCarthy asked the Board if there were any questions for Mr. Strichman regarding the 2014 Annual Report. There were none. A motion to approve the resolution adopting the Annual Report was made by Mr. Kosiur, seconded by Mr. Mootooveran and passed unanimously.  Resolution 2015-11 –A resolution was presented to sell to the City for $1 each, the following seven properties: 401 Brandywine, 636 Crane 642-44 Crane, 706 Crane, 710 Crane, 319 Duane and 80 Wyllie. A motion to approve the resolution was made by Mr. Kosiur, seconded by Ms. Perazzo and passed unanimously.  There being no other business to come before the board, Ms. Perazzo made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Mootooveran seconded the motion which passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 5:32. DRAFT
