Minutes of Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency City Hall Room 110 August 3, 2015 Present: Chair Mayor Gary R. McCarthy Members: Vice Chair Peggy King, John Ferarri Edward Kosiur, John Mootooveran, Leesa Perazzo, Vincent Riggi Absent Marion Porterfield Staff: Steven Strichman, Carl Falotico  Chair McCarthy called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.  Acceptance of minutes of July 6, 2015 – A motion to accept made by Mr. Riggi was seconded by Mr. Ferarri and passed unanimously.  Resolution 2015-07 – Transfer of 821 Eastern Avenue to the City of Schenectady for $1 for eventual transfer to the Land Bank. A motion to approve the resolution to transfer was made by Mr. Kosiur, seconded by Mr. Mootooveran and passed unanimously.  Adjourn - There being no other business to come before the Board, a motion to adjourn made by Ms. Perazzo was seconded by Mr. Mootooveran and passed unanimously. Chair McCarthy declared the meeting adjourned at 5:31 p.m.
