Minutes of Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency City Hall Room 110 July 6, 2015 Present: Chair Mayor Gary R. McCarthy Members: Peggy King, Edward Kosiur, John Mootooveran, Leesa Perazzo, Marion Porterfield, Vincent Riggi Absent John Ferarri Staff: Steven Strichman, Carl Falotico  Chair McCarthy called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.  Acceptance of minutes of June 15, 2015 – A motion to accept made by Mr. Riggi was seconded by Mr. Kosiur and passed unanimously.  Resolution 2015-06 – Sale of 2040 Van Vranken Avenue to the City of Schenectady for $1 each. A motion to approve the resolution to transfer was made by Mr. Mootooveran, seconded by Ms. King and passed unanimously.  Adjourn - There being no other business to come before the Board, a motion to adjourn made by Ms. Perazzo was seconded by Mr. Kosiur and passed unanimously. Chair McCarthy declared the meeting adjourned at 5:31 p.m.
