Minutes of Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency City Hall Room 110 June 15, 2015 Present: Chair Mayor Gary R. McCarthy Members: John Ferrari, Peggy King, Edward Kosiur, John Mootooveran, Leesa Perazzo, Marion Porterfield, Vincent Riggi Staff: Steven Strichman, Carl Falotico  Chair McCarthy called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.  Acceptance of minutes of June 1, 2015 – A motion to accept made by Mr. Kosiur was seconded by Mr. Ferrari and passed unanimously.  Resolution 2015-05 – Sale of 2 properties to the City of Schenectady for $1 each. A motion to approve the resolution to transfer the following 2 properties was made by Mr. Kosiur, seconded by Ms. Perazzo and passed unanimously. 30 Columbia Street 49.27-1-39 4 Elmer Avenue 39.84-1-87  Adjourn - There being no other business to come before the Board, a motion to adjourn made by Mr. Kosiur was seconded by Ms. Perazzo and passed unanimously. Chair McCarthy declared the meeting adjourned at 5:31 p.m.
