Minutes of Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency City Hall Room 110 June 1, 2015 Present: Vice Chair Peggy King Members: John Ferrari, Edward Kosiur, John Mootooveran, Leesa Perazzo, Marion Porterfield, Vincent Riggi Staff: Steven Strichman, Carl Falotico Absent Mayor Gary McCarthy  Ms. King called the meeting to order at 5:32 p.m.  Acceptance of minutes of May 18, 2015 – A motion to accept made by Mr. Kosiur was seconded by Mr. Ferrari and passed unanimously.  Resolution 2015-04 – Sale of 10 properties to the City of Schenectady for $1 each. A motion to approve the resolution to transfer the following 10 properties was made by Ms. Perazzo, seconded by Mr. Ferrari and passed unanimously. Property Address Tax Parcel I.D.
