Minutes of Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency City Hall Room 110 May 18, 2015 DRAFT Present: Chair Mayor Gary McCarthy Members: John Ferrari, Peggy King, Edward Kosiur, John Mootooveran, Leesa Perazzo, Marion Porterfield, Vincent Riggi Staff: Steven Strichman, Carl Falotico Absent None  Mr. McCarthy called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.  Acceptance of minutes of February 23, 2015 – A motion to accept made by Mr. Riggi was seconded by Mr. Ferrari and passed unanimously.  Resolution 2015-03 – Transfer 3 properties to the City of Schenectady. A motion to approve the resolution made by Ms. Perazzo was seconded by Mr. Mootooveran and passed unanimously.  Adjourn - There being no other business to come before the Board, a motion to adjourn made by Mr. Kosiur was seconded by Mr. Riggi and passed unanimously.
