Minutes of Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency City Hall Room 110 February 23, 2015 DRAFT Present: Chair Mayor Gary McCarthy Members: John Ferrari, Peggy King, Edward Kosiur, John Mootooveran, Leesa Perazzo, Marion Porterfield, Vincent Riggi Staff: Steven Strichman, Carl Falotico Absent None  Mr. McCarthy called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m.  Acceptance of minutes of February 17, 2015 – A motion to accept made by Mr. Riggi was seconded by Mr. Ferrari and passed unanimously.  Resolution 2015-02 – Accept title to foreclosed property from the city of Schenectady. Mr. Mootooveran made a motion to accept title from the City of Schenectady of the properties that were taken by the City through foreclosure in 2014. The resolution was seconded by Mr. Riggi and passed unanimously.  Adjourn - There being no other business to come before the Board, a motion to adjourn made by Mr. Mootooveran was seconded by Ms. Perazzo and passed unanimously.
