Minutes of Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency City Hall Room 110 December 8, 2014 Present: Chair Mayor Gary McCarthy Members: John Ferrari, Peggy King, Edward Kosiur, John Mootooveran, Leesa Perazzo, Marion Porterfield, Vincent Riggi Staff: Steven Strichman Absent None  Chairman McCarthy called the meeting to order at 6:49 p.m.  Acceptance of minutes of November 17, 2014 – A motion to accept made by Mr. Riggi was seconded by Mr. Kosiur and passed unanimously.  Resolution 2014-14 - A motion to accept title of two Barrett Street properties from the City of Schenectady made by Ms. King was seconded by Mr. Kosiur and passed unanimously.  Resolution 2014-15 - A motion to sell six properties to the City of Schenectady for demolition using HUD funds, made by Ms. Perazzo, was seconded by Mr. Kosiur and passed unanimously.  Adjourn - There being no other business to come before the Board, a motion to adjourn made by Mr. Kosiur was seconded by Mr. Riggi and passed unanimously. Chairman McCarthy declared the meeting adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
