Minutes of Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency City Hall Room 110 November 17, 2014 Present: Chair Mayor Gary McCarthy Members: Peggy King, Edward Kosiur, John Mootooveran, Leesa Perazzo, Marion Porterfield, Vincent Riggi Staff: Steven Strichman Absent 1 Vacancy  Chairman McCarthy called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.  Acceptance of minutes of August 25, 2014 – A motion to accept made by Mr. Kosiur was seconded by Mr. Riggi and passed unanimously.  Resolution 2014-12. A motion to adopt the Agency’s 2015 budget was made by Ms. Porterfield, seconded by Mr. Perazzo and passed unanimously.  Resolution 2014-13. A motion to transfer 218-220 back to the City of Schenectady made by Ms. King, was seconded by Mr. Kosiur and passed unanimously.  Adjourn. There being no other business to come before the Board, a motion to adjourn made by Ms. Perazzo was seconded by Mr. Kosiur and passed unanimously. Chairman McCarthy declared the meeting adjourned at 5:31 p.m.
