Minutes of Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency City Hall Room 110 August 25, 2014 Present: Vice Chair Peggy King Members: Edward Kosiur, John Mootooveran, Leesa Perazzo, Marion Porterfield, Vincent Riggi Staff: Steven Strichman Absent Mayor Gary R. McCarthy, 1 Vacancy  Vice Chair King called the meeting to order at 6:47 p.m.  Acceptance of minutes of July 7, 2014 – A motion to accept made by Mr. Riggi was seconded by Mr. Kosiur and passed unanimously.  Resolution 2014-10. A motion to support the Land Bank’s Application for $3,000,000 in funding to the Attorney General and to donate 7 properties to the Land Bank was made by Ms. Perazzo, seconded by Mr. Kosiur and passed unanimously.  Resolution 2014-11. A motion to transfer twelve properties back to the City of Schenectady made by Mr. Riggi, was seconded by Mr. Mootooveren and passed unanimously.  Adjourn. There being no other business to come before the Board, a motion to adjourn made by Mr. Kosiur was seconded by Mr. Mootooveren and passed unanimously. Vice Chair King declared the meeting adjourned at 6:47 p.m.
