Minutes of Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency City Hall Room 110 June 6, 2016 Present: Chair: Mayor Gary McCarthy Members: John Ferrari, Edward Kosiur, John Mootooveran, Leesa Perazzo John Polimeni, Marion Porterfield, Vincent Riggi Staff: Jaclyn Mancini  Chair McCarthy called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.  Acceptance of minutes of May 2, 2016 – A motion to accept made by Mr. Polimeni was seconded by Mr. Riggi and passed unanimously.  Resolution 2016-07 –A motion to transfer 310 Green Street to the City, for future use by the Land Bank was made by Mr. Polimeni, seconded by Mr. Mootooveran and passed unanimously.  There being no other business to come before the board, Mr. Polimeni made a motion to adjourn. Ms. Perazzo seconded the motion and the meeting adjourned at 5:31.
