Minutes of Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency City Hall Room 110 August 15, 2016 DRAFT Present: Chair: Mayor Gary McCarthy Members: John Ferrari, Edward Kosiur, John Mootooveran, Leesa Perazzo John Polimeni, Marion Porterfield, Vincent Riggi Staff: Jaclyn Mancini  Chair McCarthy called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.  Acceptance of minutes of June 6, 2016 – A motion to accept made by Mr. Kosiur was seconded by Mr. Polimeni and passed unanimously.  Resolution 2016-08 –A motion to appoint Jaclyn Mancini as the Contracting Officer was made by Mr. Polimeni, seconded by Mr. Kosiur and passed unanimously.  Resolution 2016-09 –A motion to adopt the 2015 Annual Report was made by Mr. Polimeni, seconded by Mr. Mootooveran and passed unanimously.  Resolution 2016-10 –A motion to adopt the 2015 Measurement Report made by Mr. Polimeni, seconded by Mr. Kosiur and passed unanimously.  Resolution 2016-11 –A motion to designate the City of Schenectady's Office of the Corporation Counsel as Agency Counsel was made by Mr. Polimeni, seconded by Mr. Kosiur and passed unanimously.  There being no other business to come before the board, Mr. Kosiur made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Polimeni seconded the motion and the meeting adjourned at 5:32. DRAFT
