WADE TOWERS requests an Area Variance for Cambridge Road tax parcel 60.29-2-36 located in a Multiple Family Zoning District to allow for construction of a 47 unit apartment building on a 59,570 square foot lot where only 26 units are allowed pursuant to section 264- 11. ELLIS MEDICINE requests Area Variances for 1101 Nott Street located in an Institutional District to increase the height of the approved three-level parking garage to a five-level parking garage with a height of 51 feet that is set back 15.39 feet where 51 feet are required. JOHN AND JEFF MCDONALD request a Use Variance for 1 South Church Street located in the Stockade Historic District to allow for an 11-12 bedroom Hotel which is not allowed pursuant to section 264-10 B.
