ROBIN T WHITE requests an Area Variance for 14 North Ferry Street to renovate a garage with a height of 15 feet where only 12 feet is required, and to extend a legal nonconforming setback by 42 inches. SUNNYVIEW HOSPITAL request and Area Variance for 1270 Belmont Avenue to install a second monument sign at the corner of Belmont and Rosa Road where it is not allowed. ARTS CENTER AND THEATRE OF SCHENECTADY requests Area Variances for 432 State Street to install an additional 19 square foot marquis on the rear of the building and to install Electronic Message boards with messages that change at rates greater than once per minute.
