Pursuant to Section 264-87 B, the proposed expansion is larger than the allowed 10% of the existing floor area. ANN ARMOOGAN requests an Area Variance to expand the existing legal nonconforming porch at 1125 Phoenix Avenue. Pursuant to Section 264-87 A, the proposed expansion is larger than the allowed 15% of its existing area for outdoor uses.
