OPENING Call to Order Council President Yeargin called the meeting to order at 6:30p.m.  It was motioned by Councilmember Sistrunk and Seconded by Councilmember McCarthy to begin the Closed Session. The motion carried. Roll Call Present: Councilmember Lamar Maxwell, Councilmember Shireka McCarthy, Councilmember Kelly Porter, Councilmember Gloria Sistrunk, Councilmember Reveral Yeargin Absent: Councilmember Charl Jones, Councilmember Hope Love, The City Council, Interim Chief Operating Officer, Interim Deputy Chief Operating Officer and City Clerk met in a Closed Session for the purpose General Provisions Art. § 3-305(b) (1) “To discuss the appointment, employment, assignment, promotion, discipline, demotion, compensation, removal, resignation, or performance evaluation of appointees, employees, or officials over whom this public body has jurisdiction; any other personnel matter that affects one or more specific individuals” The meeting was adjourned at 6:58p.m. The Closed Session was held by Zoom Video Meeting The Councilmember's who voted to Close the meeting: Maxwell, McCarthy, Porter, Sistrunk and Yeargin Submitted by, Dashaun N.
