OPENING Call to Order: Council President Porter called the meeting to order at 5:25p.m.  It was motioned by Councilmember Sistrunk and Seconded by Councilmember McCarthy to begin the Closed Session. The motion carried. Roll Call Present: Councilmember Monica Higgs, Councilmember Shireka McCarthy, Councilmember Kelly Porter, Councilmember Kizzie Scott, Councilmember Gloria Sistrunk Late Arrival: Councilmember Hope Love and Councilmember Gerald Raynor, Sr., The City Council, Interim City Manager, Chief of Police and Interim Deputy City Manager, City Clerk and Powers Consulting Firm met in a Closed Session for the purpose General Provisions Art. § 3-305(b) (12) “To conduct or discuss an investigative proceeding on actual or possible criminal conduct.” The meeting was adjourned at 9:30p.m. The Closed Session was held at Seat Pleasant City Hall.
