PRESENTATION 2.1 SPICE, Marva Jo Camp and Jerome Weems  The City Council waited for the members of SPICE to join the meeting on Monday, March 29, 2021. The Interim City Manager received notification that they were unaware that the meeting was changed to be held virtually.  The City Clerk stated that she sent an e-mail notification to Ms. Camp on Friday, March 26, 2021, which was acknowledged by Ms. Camp.  It was the consensus of the City Council to extend another invitation to SPICE to have a meeting with the City Council.  The City Council requested for the Interim City Manager to send an e-mail to request a meeting with SPICE to attend the Regular Work Session on Monday, April 5, 2021 or meet with the Finance and Budget Committee at designated location within the next week. 3.
