OPENING Call to Order: Council President Porter called the meeting to order at 6:37p.m. Request Motion to go into Closed Session under Statutory Authority 3-305(b) (7) To consult with Counsel to obtain legal advice. It was motioned by Councilmember Raynor and seconded by Councilmember Love to go into a Closed Session. The motion carried and was unanimously approved by the City Council. Roll Call Present: Councilmember Monica Higgs, Councilmember Hope Love, Councilmember Kelly Porter, Councilmember Gerald Raynor, Sr., Councilmember Kizzie Scott, Councilmember Gloria Sistrunk, Vice Mayor Shireka McCarthy The City Council met in a Closed Session with the City Attorney, Interim City Manager and City Clerk to seek legal advice. The meeting was adjourned at 8:07pm. The Closed Session was held via Zoom Webinar.
