OPENING Call to Order: Councilmember Porter called the meeting to order at 6:10p.m. Request Motion to go into Closed Session under Statutory Authority 3-305(b) (1) To discuss the appointment, employment, assignment, promotion, discipline, demotion, compensation, removal, resignation, or performance evaluation of appointees, employees, or officials over whom this public body has jurisdiction; any other personnel matter that affects one or more specific individuals (12) to conduct or discuss an investigative proceeding on actual or possible criminal conduct”. It was motioned by Councilmember Higgs and seconded by Councilmember Love to go into the Closed Session. Roll Call Present: Councilmember Monica Higgs, Councilmember Hope Love, Councilmember Kelly Porter, Councilmember Gerald Raynor, Sr., Councilmember Kizzie Scott, Councilmember Gloria Sistrunk Staff: Vice Mayor McCarthy, Leslie Parker Blyther, Acting City Manager, Jeannelle Wallace, Interim City Manager, Demetrious Harris, Deputy Chief, Acting Deputy Chief Heyward, Chief Devan Martin and Dashaun Lanham, City Clerk, Dr. Powers The meeting was adjourned at 8:36pm.
