OPENING Call to Order: Council President Porter called the meeting to order at 6:43p.m. Roll Call Present: Councilmember Monica Higgs, Councilmember Hope Love, Vice Mayor Shireka McCarthy, Councilmember Kelly Porter, Councilmember Gerald Raynor, Sr., Councilmember Kizzie Scott, Councilmember Gloria Sistrunk It was motioned by Councilmember Love and seconded by Councilmember Raynor to enter the Closed Session under §3-305 (1). The motion carried and was unanimously approved by the City Council. The City Council met in a Closed Session for the purpose § 3-305(b) "(1) To discuss the appointment, employment, assignment, promotion, discipline, demotion, compensation, removal, resignation, or performance evaluation of appointees, employees, or officials over whom this public body has jurisdiction; any other personnel matter that affects one or more specific individuals. The meeting was adjourned at 7:13p.m. The Closed Session was held via Zoom Webinar.
