Persons attending closed session: City Council, and City Attorney Authority under § 3-305 for the closed session: (1) Topics discussed: Personnel and Compensatory Time Issue Actions taken: Vote on an Interim City Manager It was motioned by Councilmember Love and seconded by Councilmember Bilbro to offer the Interim City Manager position to the Chief of Police. Councilmember Higgs amended the motion to state the Interim City Manager position to be presented to the City Clerk if the Chief declines. Each recorded vote: Yes, Bilbro, Love, Raynor and Wright.
