None 3. CITIZEN COMMENTS 3.1. There are no citizen comments for the Regular Work Session Meeting. 4. REPORTS 4.1 Mayor’s Report  Mayor Porter stated his report can be viewed in BoardDocs and read the September report for the record. Council Committee Reports  The Newly Elected Council was assigned to Committees and discussed under New Business. 5. LEGISLATION 5.1 Ordinance O-25-05 Amendment of Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Budget for Mayor and Council Salary Increases 1st Reading.  Ordinance O-25-05 Amendment of Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Budget for Mayor and Council Salary increase was introduced by the City Council and read by the City Clerk on Monday, October 7, 2024. 6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS 6.1 None 7. NEW BUSINESS 7.1 Council Committee Assignments  Council President Higgs read the committee assignments for October 2024- October 2025.  Council Vice President McCarthy read Chapter 14-Section 6 (b) the committees are important and where the work is being done. It is important to attend the committee meetings to get the work done. The committee assignments are not for the council to give direction to the department managers. 7.2 November Public Session Meeting Date  The City Council agreed to have the Regular and Public Session on Monday, November 4, 2024, at 6:00pm and 7:30pm. 8.
