Foundation Building, Roles, and Responsibilities 11:00am-12:00pm o The facilitators lead the Mayor, Council, and department leaders into a robust discussion on foundation, roles and responsibilities and referenced information from the Performance Audit. 3.3. Break- Lunch-12:00pm-1:00pm 3.4. Mission, Vision, Values and Strategic Pillars Review and Reflections 1:00pm- 1:50pm o The Mayor, Council, department leaders reviewed the current Strategic Plan Mission, Vision, Values from 2020. Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) 1:50pm-2:50pm o The Mayor, Council and department leaders reviewed, discussed, and developed the SWOT for the next Strategic Plan. 3.6.
