MEETING TOPICS 3.1. 3.1 Introduction and Retreat Goals 10:00am-10:10am o The facilitators provided the goals for the session as it pertains to the current Strategic Plan, and SWOT Analysis, Smart Goals setting and write priorities of the pillars. 3.2. Gathering and Review 10:00am-10:40am o The facilitators provided, 3.3. Establish Priorities 10:40 am - 12:00 pm o The mayor, Council, and department leaders established priorities for the next Strategic Plan. 3.4. Lunch Break-12:00 pm-1:00 pm 3.8 Establish Priorities Continued, Select Priorities 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm o The mayor, council and department leaders established priorities for each pillar for the next strategic plan. 3.9 Implementation Planning 2:00 pm - 3:45 pm o The facilitator, mayor, council, and department leaders discussed the implementation plan, and the council suggested that the Interim City Manager and department leaders work to complete the implementation plan with the facilitator. 3.10 Closing Activity 3:45 pm - 4:00 pm o The Mayor, Council and department leaders were led in a closing activity by the facilitators. 4.
