Anyone wishing to address the City Council concerning items of interest may do so. The person addressing the Council must complete a Public Comment Card and submit it to the City Administrator prior to the meeting. All remarks will be addressed to the whole City Council and limited to 3 minutes per person. Public Comments may also be submitted by email to the City Administrator, at mparry@shadycove.org, no later than 4:00 PM the day of the meeting.
