Tire bumpers, attachment cables, etc.. After repairs, the docks are in and set for the season. Mobile fuel cart was checked for functionality and about a pint of fuel sumped from drain plug. No water or contaminants found 95 gallons of fuel were put on to trailer Trailer is currently in maintenance hangar. Maint hangar office now has a new/used PC…. A surplus PC issued by SMU at no cost Page 7 of 18  GROUNDS / EQUIP • New fire extinguishers and cabinets were purchased • Northwoods Fire Protection conducted inspections • Two extinguishers were inop – solidified • Extinguishers have at least 10 year life, we averaged 3 yrs • Cabinets will extend life of extinguishers • Bill = $1,335.00 Page 8 of 18  BUDGET Total expenditures YTD are sitting at about 45%. All hangar lease payments are in finally. Budget seems to be on track as planned. One exception is the “General Expense” account from which the fuel transaction fee’s come out of. Greg ran the averages and we are paying roughly 3% avg on transactions at the pump. Donations and expenditures for fly-in will be recorded for future planning. YTD – fuel revenue is sitting at approx. $5800.00 with close to 10,000 gallons sold. Page 9 of 18  FUEL CURRENT STATS/COMPARISONS 2024 YTD total sales = 9,576 gal (as of 6-13-24) 2023 YTD total sales = 2,636 gal (as of 6-13-23) JUN 2023 total sales = 940 gal (as of 6-30-23) JUN 2024 total sales (YTD) = 1,130 gal (as of 6-13-24) Current tank status = 5,804 gal (as of 6-13-24) A record 3,444 gallons of fuel was sold in just the month of May! Page 10 of 18  COMMERCE RECRUITING NFA is planning an event for pre-fall 2024 where students and come listen to aviation industry professionals. The idea also involves asking EAA Chapter #651 to host a young eagle rally for free flights during the event. This would be a great kickoff to Menominee’s first ever aviation program. At last count there were 8 confirmed registrations for the program at Menominee High School. And that number should grow. One Menominee High School Junior plans to start self-paced ground school through King Schools online next month (July).
