City of Sidney Montana’s Sunrise City 115 2nd Street S.E., Sidney, Montana - 406-433-2809 Local Government Review Board 2-3-25 Minutes February 03, 2025 at 5:30 PM 1. Call to Order Chair Sergent called the meeting of the Local Government Review Board to order at 5:30pm. 2. New Business a. Finalize Training Package via Local Government Center Chair Sergent stated Clerk/Treasurer Chamberlin provided more information on the training packages available to them. Clerk/Treasurer Chamberlin stated there is still the set packages available, including the gold pack previously discussed. She stated the difference is that in order to have in person training it will cost an additional $2,000 plus travel expenses for one, one hour, training. She stated all discussions with the board has revolved around in person training, so she was not sure how the committee would want to proceed or if the virtual trainings and consultations will suffice. The Local Government Review Board reviewed the package options and stated virtual would meet their needs. Motion was made to approve purchasing the blue starter package.
