Discussion and Possible Action on Recommendation from the Silsbee Planning & Zoning Board on Rezoning the area encompassing properties beginning at the Northwesterly corner of lot with Parcel identification Number (PIDN) 29918, then along a Southeasterly direction parallel to Martin Luther King Jr. Dr., to the Northeast corner of lot with PIDN 29894, then Southwesterly to the Southeast corner of lot with PIDN 29894, then Northwesterly to the Northwest corner of lot with PIDN 29894, then Southwesterly to the Southeast corner of lot with PIDN 29900, then Northwesterly along the Southwest property line of lot with PIDN 29900, to a point approximately 60 ft. away, then Southwesterly to the Southeast corner of lot with PIDN 30453, then Northwesterly to the Northwest corner of lot 30453, then Northeasterly to the Northwest corner of lot with PIDN 30447, then in a Northwesterly direction to the Southeast corner of the lot with PIDN 29918, then in a Northwesterly direction to the Southwest corner of the lot with PIDN 29918, then in a Northeasterly direction to the ending Northwest corner of the lot with PIDN 29918, proposed to be re-zoned from R-3 (Multi-Family District to Manufactured Home District. 2. Discussion and Possible Action on Approving the Minutes January 13, 2020 and January 27,2020 meetings. V. EXECUTIVE SESSION: 1. Pursuant to Texas Gov’t Code Sect. 551.071(2) to Consult with City Attorney on a legal matter in which the duty of the Attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State of Texas clearly conflicts with this chapter. 2. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074(a)(1) to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duty, discipline, or dismissal of a Public Officer of Employee. VI.
