Discussion and Possible Action on recommendation of location of the Splash Town from Silsbee Economic Development Corporation. (EDC Director, Christy Brown) 7. Discussion and Possible Action on Approving the road closures for the December 11th Outdoor Movie Night from 5pm to 10pm, from Ave G to Railroad on 4th Street and Crossroads of Ave. H and 4th Street.
