CALL TO ORDER AND DETERMINATION OF QUORUM Fletcher Lacock called the meeting to order and read the meeting procedures. Lacock, Bradley Hartmann, Lindsey Holmquest, Richie Hutchinson (online), Chrissy Meyer, Jacqueline Palfy, Chad Pickard, Koni Sims, and Wes Philips were present. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Board Member Bradley Hartmann made the motion to approve the agenda. Board Member Koni Sims seconded the motion. The motion Passed 8 to 0. OLD BUSINESS NEW BUSINESS a. Bike Rental Discussion Lacock presented background information related to bike share rentals. The owners of Jaunt were available to discuss their specific business model. Discussion included a focus on data trends, winter operation plans, enforcement and/or encouragement of following city ordinances, and UL certification. The primary point of concern was ensuring adequate parking for all bicyclists. Pickard also brought up the need for further enforcement of existing safety ordinances specifically downtown and along the bike trail. b. Stakeholders for 10th/11th Street Viaducts Corridor Study Lacock asked for volunteers or nominations for stakeholders for the 10th/11th Street Viaduct Corridor Study. Sims and Pickard volunteered. c. Committee Updates Jeff Schmitt provided the Pedestrian Committee Update. They are working on the Crosswalks Report and will bring that to Active Transportation Board in November or January. PATH and Bicycle Committee did not have updates at this time. ADJOURN Lacock adjourned the meeting at 9:29 AM.
