CALL TO ORDER AND DETERMINATION OF QUORUM Fletcher Lacock called the meeting to order and read the meeting procedures. Lacock, Lindsey Holmquest (online), Richie Hutchinson (online), Chrissy Meyer (online), Jacqueline Palfy, Chad Pickard (online), Koni Sims, and Wes Philips were present. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Board Member Koni Sims made the motion to approve. Board Member Palfy seconded the motion. The motion Passed 7 to 0. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Vice Chair Wes Philips made the motion to approve. Board Member Sims seconded the motion. The motion Passed 7 to 0. Complete Streets Elements Worksheets and Flowchart Urban Planner Maria Lancto and Traffic Engineer Danaca Schettler discussed the complete streets flow chart and worksheets that have been developed to guide decision making in regard to pedestrian and bicycle crossing treatments. It was discussed that these policies generally exist, but the worksheets and flow chart will consolidate that information. These worksheets will help staff make a recommendation which will be brought to the Active Transportation Board for their review and recommendation. Once the final draft is ready, these will be sent to board members and discussed in further detail at the next meeting. b. Crosswalks Report Planning Projects Coordinator Jeff Schmitt presented the Crosswalks Report that was prepared with collaboration from the Pedestrian Subcommittee. Discussion focused on determining what stakeholders can do to implement the goals of the report, marked vs unmarked crossings, and education of the general public. c. Past Events Update Senior Planner Fletcher Lacock summarized past events and engagement opportunities. There was discussion on the Arrowhead Parkway and Veterans Parkway intersection, specifically ADA concerns. Board members requested that further discussion be held at the February meeting. d. Upcoming Events Bicycle subcommittee is scheduled for next Tuesday. f. Committee Updates Bicycle subcommittee and Pedestrian subcommittee provided updates earlier in the meeting. There was not a representative from the PATH Safe Routes to School Subcommittee. ADJOURN
