MINUTES City Council Meeting Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at 6:00 PM Carnegie Town Hall, 235 West 10th St., Sioux Falls, South Dakota 57104 CALL TO ORDER 1. A request was made by Council Member Starr to place Sub-Item 9 from Agenda Item 6 on the Regular Agenda for Council Discussion (Water Reclamation; Water Reclamation Facility Improvements, Amendment to Design Agreement; Carollo Engineers, Inc.; $12,599,328.00).
