MINUTES City Council Meeting Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at 6:00 PM Carnegie Town Hall, 235 West 10th St., Sioux Falls, South Dakota 57104 CALL TO ORDER 1. The City has applied for this grant in past years. This application is for the deck preservation of the Russell Street and Big Sioux River Eastbound and Westbound Bridges, which were constructed in 2013-2014. 105. A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2023 AUDIT PLAN.
