MINUTES Monday, February 2, 2015 Fiscal Committee 6:32 PM Carnegie Town Hall 235 West 10th Street Members Present: Council Member Kenny Anderson Jr., Council Member Dean Karsky, Council Member Greg Jamison Members Absent: Council Member Christine M. Erickson Staff Present: Lorie Hogstad, CMC, City Clerk; Dave Bixler, Budget Analyst Guests: None 1. Call To Order Committee Chair Greg Jamison called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m. 2. Approval of Minutes A motion was made by Kenny Anderson Jr. and seconded by Dean Karsky to approve the minutes of the meeting held on January 6, 2015. Jamison called for a voice vote and all members voted yes. Motion Passed. Council Member Christine M. Erickson arrived at the meeting at 6:34 p.m. A. Meeting held on January 6, 2015 3. Reports and Updates A. 2015 Budget Review/Summary by David Bixler, Budget Analyst Dave Bixler, Budget Analyst, reviewed the 2015 budget with the following PowerPoint slides: Revenues and Expenses; Capital Spending; Discretionary Spending; Enterprise/Internal Service Funds; All Programs Excluding Enterprise/Internal Service Funds; Highways and Streets Capital; Storm Drainage Capital; Parks and Recreation Capital; Entertainment Venues Capital; General Government Capital; Public Safety Capital; Enterprise Programs Capital  (Water/Water Reclamation). Discussion followed. 4. Open Discussion There was none. 5. Adjournment A motion was made by Dean Karsky and seconded by Kenny Anderson Jr. to adjourn at 6:50 p.m. Jamison called for a voice vote and all members voted yes. Motion Passed.
