Erickson, Council Member Dean Karsky, Council Member Greg Jamison Members Absent: None Staff Present: Lorie Hogstad, CMC, City Clerk; Jim David, Legislative/Operations Manager; Dave Bixler, Budget Analyst; and Rich Oksol, Internal Audit Manager Guests: None 1. Call To Order Committee Chair Greg Jamison called the meeting to order at 6:13 p.m. 2. Approval of Minutes A. Meeting held on February 2, 2015 A motion was made by Council Member Kenny Anderson Jr. and seconded by Council Member Dean Karsky to approve the minutes of the meeting held on February 2, 2015. Vote to approve: Roll Call: Yeses, Kenny Anderson Jr., Christine M. Erickson, Dean Karsky, Greg Jamison, 4. Noes, 0. Motion Passed. 3. Reports and Updates A. Public Facility Ticket Fee by Dave Bixler, Budget Analyst; and Jim David, Legislative/Operations Manager Jim David, Legislative/Operations Manager, reviewed the following Prezi slides: Ordinance No. 118-04; Details of Meeting Held; and Audit Recommendations. In addition, proposed amendments to Section 41.008, Public Facility Ticket Fees, were reviewed. Tracy Turbak, Finance Director, answered questions from the Fiscal Committee.  Discussion was held. 4. Open Discussion There was none. 5. Adjournment A motion was made by Council Member Christine M.
