Erickson, Council Member Dean Karsky, Council Member Greg Jamison, and Council Member Rex Rolfing Members Absent: None Staff Present: Tamara Jorgensen, MMC, Assistant City Clerk; David Bixler, Budget Analyst, Jim David, Legislative/Operations Manager; and Rich Oksol, Internal Audit Manager 1. Call To Order Committee Chair Greg Jamison called the meeting to order at 5:04 p.m. 2. Approval of Minutes A Meeting held on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 A motion was made by Rex Rolfing and seconded by Christine M. Erickson to approve the minutes. Vote to approve: Roll Call: Yeses, Christine M. Erickson, Dean Karsky, Greg Jamison, Rex Rolfing, 4. Noes, 0. Motion Passed. 3. Reports and Updates A Public Facility Ticket Fee by Jim David, Legislative/Operations Manager Jim David, Legislative/Operations Manager, reviewed a PowerPoint Presentation about Audit Committee Report recommendations covering fee structures. David discussed the fees for professional sports team tickets along with a proposed amendment from Council Member Christine M. Erickson. Discussion followed. A motion was made by Christine M. Erickson and seconded by Rex Rolfing to approve moving this item forward to the City Council for further consideration. Vote to approve: Roll Call: Yeses, Christine M. Erickson, Dean Karsky, Greg  Jamison, Rex Rolfing, 4. Noes, 0. Motion Passed. 4. Open Discussion There was none. 5. Adjournment A motion was made by Christine M.
