Morgan - Holy Spirit Catholic Church 3. Music by Edison Middle School Students 4. Swearing-In Ceremony for Mayor Mike Huether A. Mayor Munson will introduce Judge Charles L. Nail, Jr. and ask him to come forward. B. Mayor Munson will invite Mike Huether and a family member/friend to come in front of the Judge to be sworn in as Mayor of Sioux Falls. 5. Swearing-In Ceremony for City Council Members A. Mayor Huether will introduce Judge Joseph Neiles and ask him to come forward. B. In the following order, Mayor Huether will invite the Council Member and a family member/friend to come in front of the Judge to be sworn in as a Council Member: 1st. Susan K. Aguilar Southeast District C. Mayor Huether will introduce Judge Peter H. Lieberman and will ask him to come forward. D. In the following order, Mayor Huether will invite the Council Member and a family member/friend to come in front of the Judge to be sworn in as a Council Member: 1st.
