MINUTES Monday, June 13, 2011 Informational Meeting 4:00 PM at Carnegie Town Hall Sioux Falls City Council 235 West Tenth Street Members Present: Sue Aguilar, Kenny Anderson Jr., Vernon Brown, James Entenman, Michelle Erpenbach, Greg Jamison, Dean Karsky, Rex Rolfing, Mike T. Huether Members Absent: None Staff Present: Debra Owen, City Clerk/Chief of Council Operations and Jamie Palmer, CMC, Assistant City Clerk 1. Call To Order Council Chair Aguilar called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. 2. City Council Staff Report A. Debra A. Owen, City Clerk/Chief of Council Operations Owen reported that the City Clerk's office did not receive an electronic copy of the Event's Center presentation prior to this meeting so it will not be available online until tomorrow. She reviewed some changes with this evening’s agenda. 3. City Council Open Discussion Aguilar reminded everyone about the Council Working Session scheduled on Thursday, June 16, 2011, from 4:00-6:00 p.m. She asked Council Members to submit agenda items to her or Debra Owen by noon on Tuesday, June 14, 2011. She said that committee assignments will be completed by next Monday. Brown spoke about decorum for this evening’s meeting. 4. Presentations A. Events Center Update by Mayor Mike Huether 5.
