MINUTES Informational Meeting Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at 4:00 PM Carnegie Town Hall, 235 West 10th St., Sioux Falls, SD 57104 1. Call To Order Council Members Present: Janet Brekke, Christine M. Erickson, Alex Jensen, Rick Kiley, Greg Neitzert, Marshall Selberg, Curt Soehl Council Members Absent: Pat Starr Council Chair Greg Neitzert called the meeting to order at 4 p.m. 2. Committee/Commission Reports A. Siouxland Heritage Museum Board: Tuesday, September 10, 2020 (Council Member Starr) The Museum Board meeting was postponed, so a report was not provided. 3. City Council Open Discussion There was none. 4. Public Comment Brett Kruse spoke about building a stadium in Sioux Falls. 5. Executive Session A. Consulting with legal counsel or reviewing communications from legal counsel about proposed or pending litigation or contractual matters pursuant to SDCL 1-25- 2(3) This executive session was not held. B. Discussing information listed in subdivisions 1-27-1.5(8) and 1-27-1.5(17) pursuant to SDCL 1-25-2(6). A motion was made by Council Member Erickson and seconded by Council Member Selberg to enter Executive Session at 4:03 p.m. Roll call vote to enter Executive Session. 7 Yes: Brekke, Erickson, Jensen, Kiley, Neitzert, Selberg, Soehl; 0 No: (None). Motion Passed.  A motion was made by Council Member Erickson and seconded by Council Member Kiley to exit Executive Session and adjourn at 4:53 p.m.. Voice vote to exit Executive Session. 7 Yes: Brekke, Erickson, Jensen, Kiley, Neitzert, Selberg, Soehl; 0 No: (None). Motion Passed. 6. Adjournment The meeting adjourned at 4:53 p.m. Thomas M.
