MINUTES Informational Meeting Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at 4:00 PM Carnegie Town Hall, 235 West 10th St., Sioux Falls, SD 57104 1. Call To Order Council Members Present: David Barranco, Sarah Cole, Alex Jensen, Rich Merkouris, Greg Neitzert, Pat Starr Council Members Absent: Marshall Selberg, Curt Soehl 2. Councilor Remarks Council Member Alex Jensen provided an update on the Regulatory Oversight Committee Meeting regarding childcare in the industry, city and state. 3. Presentations A. Ethics Ordinance Update by David Pfeifle, City Attorney Presentation: Approximately 15 minutes followed by discussion David Pfeifle, City Attorney, gave the presentation on updates to the Ethics Ordinance (presentation attached to Informational Agenda). There was no public comment received. There was discussion and questions from the Council which were addressed by Pfeifle. 4. Public Comment There was none. 5.
