MINUTES Informational Meeting Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at 4:00 PM Carnegie Town Hall, 235 West 10th St., Sioux Falls, SD 57104 1. Call To Order Council Members Present: David Barranco, Sarah Cole, Rich Merkouris, Greg Neitzert, Marshall Selberg, Curt Soehl Council Members Absent: Alex Jensen, Pat Starr Council Chair Marshall Selberg called the meeting to order at 4 p.m. 2. Committee/Commission Reports A. Siouxland Heritage Museum Board: Thursday, February 1, 2024 (Council Member Starr) An update will be provided at the February 20th Informational Meeting. 3. Councilor Remarks Selberg provided an update on the City Council press conference held this morning. He stated there was a good turnout.; and that this will occur monthly on the second Tuesday of each month. 4. Presentations A. Riverline District Update by Erica Beck, Mayor's Office; Friends of the Riverline District, and City Staff Presentation: Approximately 15 minutes followed by discussion The Riverline District Update was presented by Natalie Eisenberg, CEO of Click Rain; Lynne Keller Forbes, Executive Director of the South Eastern Council of Governments, and Shawn Pritchett, Director of Finance (presentation attached to the agenda). Following the presentation there was some discussion and questions from the Council, which were answered by the presenters. 5. Public Comment There was none. 6.
