MINUTES Informational Meeting Wednesday, April 10, 2024, at 4:00 PM Carnegie Town Hall, 235 West 10th St., Sioux Falls, SD 57104 1. Call To Order Council Members Present: David Barranco, Sarah Cole (arr. 4:19 p.m.), Alex Jensen (arr. 4:28 p.m.), Rich Merkouris, Greg Neitzert, Marshall Selberg, Pat Starr (arr. 4:06 p.m.) Council Members Absent: Curt Soehl Council Chair Marshall Selberg called the meeting to order at 4 p.m. 2. Staff Report A. South Eastern Council of Governments (SECOG): April 3, 2024 (Council Members Soehl and Starr) An update will be provided at the Informational Meeting on Tuesday, April 23, 2024. 3. Councilor Remarks There were none. 4. Presentations A. Sioux Area Metro On-Demand Next Step by Emily Shapiro, Via Presentation: Approximately 15 minutes followed by discussion Jeff Eckhoff, Director of Planning and Development Services, provided opening remarks and introduced Emily Shapiro, Via. Shapiro gave a presentation on the Sioux Area Metro On-Demand Next Steps (presentation attached to the agenda). There was some discussion and questions from the Council which were answered by Shapiro. B. Option To Extend Management Agreement for the Cafe located at Falls Park by Brett Kollars, Assistant Director of Parks and Recreation Presentation: Approximately 5 minutes followed by discussion  Brett Kollars, Assistant Director of Parks and Recreation gave a presentation on the Management Agreement - option to extend (presentation is attached to the agenda). There was some discussion and questions from the Council which were answered by Kollars. 5. Public Comment There was none. 6. Adjournment The meeting was adjourned at 4:34 p.m. Jermery J.
