Discussing information pertaining to the protection of public or private property and any person on or within public or private property specific to lock combinations, pursuant to SDCL 1-25-2(6)(f) A motion was made by Council Member Barranco and seconded by Council Member Spellerberg to enter Executive Session at 4:01 p.m., for the purpose of discussing information pertaining to the protection of public or private property and any person on or within public or private property specific to lock combinations, pursuant to SDCL 1-25-2(6)(f). Roll call vote to enter Executive Session. 7 Yes: Barranco, Basye, Cole, Merkouris, Sigette, Spellerberg, Thomason; 0 No: (None). Motion Passed. 6.
