Huether. Absent: Council Member Vernon Brown. Lincoln County Commission: Dave Gillespie, Dale Long, Jason Melcher, Jim Schmidt, and Dennis Weeldreyer. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE APPROVAL OF REGULAR AGENDA A motion was made by Council Member Litz and seconded by Council Member Jamison to approve the Regular Agenda. INTRODUCTION AND ADOPTION OF ORDINANCES 1. 2ND READING: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SIOUX FALLS, SD, AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF SAID CITY BY REZONING PROPERTY AT 26864 469TH AVE. FROM THE A-1 AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT TO THE ZENOBI PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT. (PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDS DENIAL.) Document: Ord. A motion, to amend the main motion, was made by Council Member Litz and seconded by Council Member Anderson, Jr. to add to “Uses Permitted”: 1) Outdoor Storage for Travel Trailers, Pick-up Coaches, Motor-Homes, and Camping Trailers as defined in the Ordinance; 2) Outdoor Storage for Recreational Motor Vehicles, including any vehicle which is adapted, designed and equipped to facilitate leisure time activities including, but not limited to, the following: ATVs, boats, snowmobiles, and motor vehicles utilized for motor vehicle racing events, along with trailers to haul said vehicles and adding under “Other Regulations”: 1) Fencing and landscaping plans to be approved by Planning staffs for Lincoln County and the City of Sioux Falls and the property owners. A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A ROAD DISTRICT PETITION WITHIN THE CITY OF SIOUX FALLS AND LINCOLN COUNTY JOINT ZONING AND SUBDIVISION JURISDICTION. MYSTIC RIDGE ADDITION ROAD DISTRICT PETITION. Document: Res. Document: Narrative Document: Petitions, Maps, etc. A motion was made by Council Member Litz and seconded by Council Member Erpenbach to adopt said Resolution 71-10. Vote to adopt: Roll Call: Yeses, Aguilar, Anderson Jr., Entenman, Erpenbach, Jamison, Litz, Rolfing, 7. Noes, 0. Motion Passed.  RESOLUTION NO. 71-10 MYSTIC RIDGE ADDITION ROAD DISTRICT PETITION A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A ROAD DISTRICT PETITION WITHIN THE CITY OF SIOUX FALLS AND LINCOLN COUNTY JOINT ZONING AND SUBDIVISION JURISDICTION. WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of the City of Sioux Falls and filed with the City Clerk, a Petition in writing signed by the owners and otherwise in compliance with the provisions of SDCL 31-12A-3, requesting that the territory described in the petition be included within the Mystic Ridge Addition Road District; WHEREAS, the property described within the Mystic Ridge Addition Road District petition is within the City of Sioux Falls and Lincoln County Joint Zoning and Subdivision Jurisdictional area. WHEREAS, SDCL 31-12A-5.1 requires that the road district petition within the Joint Subdivision area of a city must first be submitted to the municipality’s governing body for approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF SIOUX FALLS, SD: That the Mystic Ridge Addition Road District petition is approved and shall be forwarded to the Lincoln County Commission for their approval.
